Oily spillage was observed in the Batch House area under a mixing equipment and inside the secondary <br /> containment pan located under the said equipment. The EHD received a corrective action statement and supporting <br /> documentation explaining how this waste was managed on 6/13/2019 from Bill Boscacci.This issue has been <br /> corrected. <br /> All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of <br /> emergency. <br /> Immediately begin this practice. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> The following containers were found empty and not marked with the date they were emptied: <br /> 1.A blue 55-gallon poly drum labeled as ChemTreat CL-2212 located in the basement area in the vicinity of the oil <br /> water separators(IMG 6903-4). <br /> 2.A green 55-gallon steel drum labeled as Biosol 2000 Kleen located in the Forming area (IMG 6905-6). <br /> Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were <br /> emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section. <br /> These empty containers were marked with the date they were emptied and placed on pallets outside and in front of the <br /> Blue Barn. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0006674 PR0220086 SCO01 06/05/2019 <br /> EHD 22-03 Rev.09/27/2018 Page 9 of 13 RCRA Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
