LOCATION PROCEDURE NUMBER <br /> DTE STOCKTON, LLC EAP-01 <br /> DTEStockton, LLC EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN REV: 10, updated: 3/2018 <br /> STATUS: FINAL Page 28 of 35 <br /> 10.8 Explosions <br /> If you hear or are injured in an explosion, do the following: <br /> (a) Remain calm. <br /> (b) If able to do so, contact the Control Room Operator and tell him/her: <br /> 1) Your location. <br /> 2) Description of what happened or what you observed. <br /> (c) The Control Room Operator shall notify the Plant Manager immediately. <br /> (d) Personnel should stay away from windows, overhead fixtures, filing <br /> cabinets,bookcases and any large, unstable objects or equipment in case of <br /> additional explosions. <br /> (e) Wait for instructions from the Plant Manager before attempting to <br /> evacuate. <br /> (f) Do not move seriously injured employees unless they are in obvious danger <br /> (fire, building collapse, etc.). <br /> (g) Do not use any ignition source like matches or lighters. <br /> (h) If evacuations is called,proceed to the gravel parking lot on the south side <br /> of the Admin building for a head count. <br /> Emergency Action Plan—DTE Stockton, LLC <br />
