22 CCR 66265.192(k)(8) Hazardous Waste Characteristics <br /> Used oil is toxic by ingestion. Used oil could pick up wear metals from engines and pipes (such as <br /> lead, cadmium, etc.)which may also be toxic. <br /> 22 CCR 66265.192(k)(9) Inspection <br /> The tank system, foundation and anchorage were inspected during normal operation. No <br /> structural damage or inadequate construction/installation items (cracks, punctures, or damaged <br /> fittings) were observed. The exterior of the tank should be re-painted and the tank <br /> should be anchored according to the structural calculations (TRC, November 7, <br /> 2oi7). <br /> 22 CCR 66265.192(k)(io) Test for Tightness <br /> The tank system was inspected during normal operation. No leaks were observed. Residual fluid <br /> in the secondary tank was observed but does not appear to be leaked contents from the primary <br /> tank. The secondary tank should be cleaned and continue to be inspected on a daily <br /> basis when the tank system is in operation. <br /> 22 CCR 66265.192(k)(u) Remaining Service Life <br /> Based on the findings of this assessment,the tank system has an estimated remaining service life <br /> of approximately io years under existing conditions. The estimated remaining service life should <br /> be re-evaluated every five(5)years,in conjunction with the re-assessment in accordance with the <br /> requirements of 22 CCR 66265.192(h)(1). <br /> 3 rk,.,.TRC <br /> Results you can rely on <br />
