Steam is produced in the boiler and transferred to DTES' 54 MW steam <br /> powered electricity generator. <br /> 4.0 RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The following table summarizes the responsibilities of DTES Personnel as they pertain <br /> to the implementation of this AMP. DTES personnel can be contacted at 209-320-3700. <br /> Table 1: Personnel <br /> Title Responsibility <br /> Corporate • Prepare and update the AMP. <br /> Environmental Lead • Analyze raw data from testing labs. <br /> • Complete annual audit of AMP to ensure compliance. <br /> • Ensure compliance with AMP requirements and <br /> Plant Manager applicable regulations. <br /> • Coordinate the transportation of Ash off-site. <br /> • Implement the AMP. <br /> • Coordinate fuel and Ash sampling/analysis and manage <br /> EH&S Coordinator analysis results spreadsheets. <br /> • Training and recordkeeping. <br /> • Develop alternatives for Ash disposition. <br /> By-Products Manager • Execute approved Ash management options per 7.0 and <br /> 7.3. <br /> • Contract management of Ash disposition. <br /> Fuel Procurement • Manages fuel suppliers / quality of fuel. <br /> Manager <br /> Fuel Technician .
