of California General National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit <br /> for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities (General Permit) for <br /> storm water discharges. The objectives of the SWPPP are to identify and evaluate <br /> sources of pollutants associated with industrial activities that may affect the quality of <br /> storm water discharges and authorized non-storm water discharges from the Facility, and <br /> to identify and implement site-specific best management practices (BMPs) to reduce or <br /> prevent pollutants associated with industrial activities in storm water discharges and <br /> authorized non-storm water discharges. <br /> 8.6 SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL <br /> DISTRICT (SJVAPCD) PERMITS <br /> The Site operates under an approved SJVAPCD Title V (Clean Air Act) Permit and <br /> associated Permit Authority to Constructs (ATCs). The Title V permit lists all Federal, <br /> State and local air quality requirements that apply to the facility, and describe the <br /> monitoring and recordkeeping requirements that are needed to ensure compliance. <br /> 9.0 RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS <br /> DTES maintains all records associated with the onsite management, transportation, <br /> beneficial reuse and disposal of Ash at the Site. The records will include, but not be <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> 9.1 NON-HAZARDOUS ASH <br /> DTES maintains a record of weights or volumes of Ash processed, handled, and <br /> transferred to other facilities for beneficial reuse. <br /> 9.2 FUEL AND ASH LABORATORY ANALYSIS RESULTS <br /> DTES maintains records of all fuel and Ash analytical sampling results defined in AMP on <br /> site electronically, for a period of ten (10) years. <br /> 9.3 WASTE PROFILES, MANIFESTS, LAND DISPOSAL <br /> RESTRICTIONS AND BILL OF LADINGS <br /> Waste profiles, manifests, land disposal restriction certifications and bill of ladings are <br /> maintained on site for each shipment of Ash. <br /> 9.4 RECEIVING FACILITY COMPLIANCE REVIEWS <br /> DTES maintains records received from the off-site beneficial reuse facilities documenting <br /> compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. The records <br /> include completed Applications for the Beneficial Reuse of Fly Ash or Bottom Ash and the <br /> 20 <br />
