There <br /> is also a small wood shed located on the property. Based on our visual inspection and site conditions, <br /> BEM, Inc. believes that the chemicals/materials were found within the Metal Barn and not the unfinished <br /> small wood shed.The Metal Barn is being selected as part of the remediation. <br /> Sampling Methodology <br /> All building materials and components within the House and Metal Barn will be completely removed in <br /> lieu of sampling and the Modular Trailer will be properly disposed of in lieu of sampling. The septic <br /> waste water system will be sampled and analyzed utilizing CA Title 22 Acute Fish Bioassay Screen Test <br /> for Hazardous Waste. The septic waste water sample will be recorded as collected on a unique chain of <br /> custody.Nitrile gloves are utilized during each sample collection and changed between each sample. The <br /> sample will then be shipped via Federal ExpressT" to NIcCampbell Analytical, Inc. located in Pittsburg, <br /> California.
