<br />	OBSERVATIONS:Floor and hard to reach corners, underneath the dish washer, 3 comp sink, 2 comp sink, back of the
<br />	house, have debris and build up. Clean today and regularly after.
<br />	Walk in freezer has meat debris on the floor and underneath the storage shelves. Clean floor today and as needed.
<br />	Ceiling panels, between the hood at the stove and the hood at the griddle, have black dirt build up. Clean today and as
<br />	needed.
<br />	CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor
