I time of signing : <br /> 2 a. $ 1 ,250 . 00 made pa, able to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> 3 Department — Environmental Health Division Trust; and <br /> 4 b. $ 1 ,250 . 00 made payable to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br /> 5 Attorney. <br /> 6 8 . Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED <br /> 7 DOLLARS ($7 , 500.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code <br /> 8 sections 17206 . Said payments shall be made Payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> 9 COUNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br /> 10 Crimes Unit, at time of signing. <br /> 11 9 . Defendant shall fund Environmental Training Programs in the amount of FIVE <br /> 12 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5 ,000 . 00) , as special projects, commonly known as Supplemental <br /> 13 Environmental Projects , as described below. The payment shall be due and payable to the below <br /> 14 mentioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 15 Environmental Crimes Unit. The FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5 , 000 . 00) will be allocated as <br /> 16 follows, at time of signing: <br /> 17 a. FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5 ,000.00), made payable to the San Joaquin <br /> 18 County Environmental Health Department — Environmental Health Division Trust to be used by the <br /> 19 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, at its discretion, to fund compliance training <br /> 20 for local businesses . <br /> 21 10. Defendant shall be penalized, as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and <br /> 22 Professions Code sections 17200 et seq. , in addition to those civil penalties set forth in paragraphs 6, <br /> 23 7, and 8, TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20 , 000 . 00). However, it is stipulated by all parties <br /> 24 that the entire additional TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000 . 00), in civil penalties shall <br /> 25 be stayed for the PENALTY STAY PERIOD set forth in Paragraph 11 and subject to Paragraph 12 <br /> 26 on the following conditions : <br /> 27 a. Defendant will not violate Health and Safety Code sections 25100 et seq. , as <br /> 28 described in paragraph 3 above at its INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY PROCESSING facilities in San <br /> - 6 - <br /> PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND FINAL JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION <br />
