Castle Analytical Laboratory in <br /> Atwater, California and McCampbell Analytical Laboratory in Pittsburg , California are state-certified <br /> laboratories and conducted the soil analyses. <br /> FINDINGS OF THE INVESTIGATION <br /> The results of the soil sample analyses are presented in Table 1 below.
