P&EPORT (June 20, 2003) LOCKEFORD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EXPANSION 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION 2.1 SITE NAME The Site has been identified by the LUSD as the Lockeford Elementary School Expansion Site. 2.2 SITE ADDRESS The Site consists of three parcels identified as the southern, northern, and western parcels. The street address for the southern parcel is 19555 North Tully Road, Lockeford, California 95237. The northern and western parcels do not have assigned street addresses. 2.3 DESIGNATED CONTACT PERSON Ms. Susan Ryan, Planning Analyst, is the contact person designated by LUSD. 2.4 MAILING ADDRESS The mailing address for LUSD is: Lodi Unified School District 1305 East Vine Street Lodi, CA 95240 2.5 TELEPHONE NUMBER Ms. Ryan's telephone number is (209) 331-7213 and facsimile number is (209) 331-7229. 2.6 OTHER SITE NAMES Based on a review of the Environmental Data Resources (EDR) report, dated June 20, 2002, that was included in the Phase I ESA report, D.H. Winn Trucking, operating at 19555 N. Tully Rd, Lockeford, CA 95237, appears in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Information System (RCRIS) database as a small quantity hazardous waste generator, in the CalEPA Hazardous Waste Information System database (HAZNET) as a shipper of various wastes, and in the Historical UST database as an operator of a 10,000-gallon UST for storing waste oil, which was installed in 1978 (see the EDR executive summary in the Phase I ESA report for the complete list of databases queried). 2.7 USEPA IDENTIFICATION NUMBER Based on a review of the regulatory database search report (the EDR report) and contacts with regulatory agencies, discussed further below, the Site has not been issued a USEPA identification number, except as a small quantity generator of hazardous waste which is hauled off-site periodically.
