PL REPORT (June 20,2003) <br /> LOCKEFORD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EXPANSION <br /> 2.8 CALSITES DATABASE NUMBER <br /> Based on a review of the EDR report, the Site is not listed in the CalSites database. No properties <br /> in the CalSites database were identified within one mile of the Site. <br /> 2.9 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER(S) AND MAPS <br /> The following table summarizes information for the three parcels that comprise the Site, <br /> including the property address, approximate acreage, assessor's parcel number (APN), and <br /> owner: <br /> Parcel Approx. <br /> Identification Property Address Acreage APN Property Owner <br /> Southern Parcel 19555 N. Tully Rd 1.5 019-020-36 D.H. and L.K. Winn <br /> Northern Parcel No street address 0.8 019-020-57 D.H. and L.K. Winn <br /> Western Parcel No street address 0.5 119-010-21, D.H. and L.K. Winn <br /> SBE 872-39-25E par. 16 <br /> Note that the parcel designations, acreages, and APNs have changed since the Phase I ESA <br /> report and the DTSC scope of work was written, although the overall Site boundaries have not <br /> changed. The former northern parcel (formerly APN 019-020-46) was merged with the eastern <br /> portion of the parcel formerly known as the central parcel (which had the same APN as the <br /> current western parcel) to form the current northern parcel. The current western parcel is the <br /> remainder of the former central parcel that was not merged with the former northern parcel. <br /> 2.10 TOWNSHIP, RANGE, SECTION AND MERIDIAN <br /> Based on information from the North American Datum, the Site is located at 38° 9' 4" north <br /> latitude, 121' 8' 9" west longitude of Township 4 North, Range 8 East, Sections 30 and 31, <br /> Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian. <br /> 2.11 SITE LAND USE AND ZONING <br /> The Site is currently used as the headquarters, maintenance, and parking facility for D.H. Winn <br /> Trucking Company, which transports fill dirt, gravel, asphalt, and concrete (none of these <br /> materials are stored at the Site). Known previous uses of the Site include a grain warehouse, a <br /> train stop, a lumber company, a brick-making facility, and a rustic furniture making company <br /> (including sandblasting operations). <br /> All three parcels that comprise the Site are designated for commercial/office use by San Joaquin <br /> County in both the zoning code and the general plan. <br /> 2.12 SITE MAPS AND PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> A Site location map depicting the Site and vicinity is included as Figure 1, and a Site map is <br /> included as Figure 2.
