One trip blank will be included in each sample shipment <br /> to the laboratory. <br /> PERMITTING <br /> Appropriate regulatory agency boring permits will be obtained. Prior to <br /> beginning field activities, Underground Service Alert will be notified to <br /> ensure that no active underground utility lines in the area will be <br /> affected by the work. A private utility locator will also be used to <br /> determine whether underground utilities are present prior to <br /> commencing fieldwork. <br /> DATA REVIEW <br /> Upon receipt of the final laboratory data, ERM will review laboratory <br /> procedures and specific results to ensure data integrity. The review will <br /> include an analysis of spike and duplicate results, equipment calibration, <br /> and laboratory and field blank results. <br /> S UMIVIARY REPORT OF FINDINGS <br /> A draft report documenting field observations and laboratory analytical <br /> results will be submitted to PG&E for review and comment 30 days <br /> following receipt of analytical results. <br />
