Immediately log <br /> into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 106 CCR 2632(d)(2), 2634(e)Failed to have an approved UST response plan. <br /> The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. <br /> The response plan contains outdated information in section four. <br /> The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log <br /> into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 118 CCR 2715(a)(1)(A), 2715(a)(2) Failure to submit the"Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and <br /> Compliance Form". <br /> The Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form for the new owner/operator was <br /> not found in CERS. This form must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload <br /> the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form for this facility. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(i)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times.
