Environmental Compliance Review Report <br /> H.M. Holloway Landfill December 2017 <br /> Currently, there is no pending enforcement action related to the stormwater permit. <br /> The SWRCB Geotracker database lists the site as H.M. Holloway Surface Mine Landfill <br /> Project, an open and operating land disposal site. Several records and reports associated the <br /> Holloway facility are available on Geotracker including the but are not limited to the <br /> Preliminary Closure/Post-Closure Maintenance Plan, gas monitoring reports, annual inspection <br /> reports, construction and certification reports. No cleanup actions have been reported on <br /> Geotracker. <br /> 4.5 KERN COUNTY <br /> The Kern County Public Health Services Department is the CUPA for cities and unincorporated <br /> areas within Kern County.No outstanding violations or pending enforcement actions associated <br /> with the Hazardous Materials Business Plan(HMBP)program from the CUPA for the facility <br /> were identified in the EDR AuditcheckTM Facility Report. <br /> 4.6 HAZARDOUS WASTE <br /> A search of the DTSC HWTS database revealed one ID number associated with"Holloway": <br /> 1. CAL000058473 - This ID number is active. The database shows two California waste <br /> manifest records. Attributed to this ID number was 0.16680 and 0.25000 tons of material <br /> classified as California Waste Code 352 (other organic solids) in 2004 and 2017, <br /> respectively. <br /> No hazardous materials permits were identified for the facility in the EDR AuditcheckTM <br /> Facility Report, and no outstanding violations or pending enforcement actions were identified. <br /> 5.0 SITE VISIT OBSERVATIONS AND DISCUSSIONS <br /> The Site Visit was performed on September 27, 2017, and included a guided tour and discussions <br /> with site contacts. The reporting and recordkeeping documentation associated with permits and <br /> compliance at the Holloway facility was provided to TRC and DTE Stockton representatives <br /> during the site visit as described above.
