Hwy 99, Manteca <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division has received and <br /> reviewed your application for a Notification Tier compost site at <br /> Delicato Vineyards, 12001 S. Hwy 99, in Manteca. This Department <br /> hereby finds your application complete and acceptable. <br /> According to Title 14, Division 7, Chapter 3 .1, Article 2, <br /> Section 17856 (1) , Agricultural material composting operations <br /> that compost only agricultural commodities shall be inspected by <br /> the enforcement agency at least once every three months, during <br /> periods of active composting.
