8.0 IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES <br /> The following source of past, current, on-site, and off-site contamination has <br /> been identified as a result of this investigation: <br /> Identified Contamination Source Evaluation <br /> 1. San Joaquin County may have <br /> requirements related to the well near the center of the Site. <br /> This report should be seen as a screening tool to identify areas where hazardous <br /> substances may be present on the Site. As part of the land use application <br /> process, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department may <br /> recommend that certain actions be taken in response to conditions identified. <br /> Additionally, any conditions out of compliance with local, State, or Federal <br /> regulations should be brought into compliance; it is outside the scope of work of <br /> the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report to identify these conditions. <br /> 10.0 CONCLUSIONS <br /> This SSCR was prepared for the subject Site, 22745 and 23649 East Harney <br /> Lane, Lodi, California, to identify evidence of any on- or off-site, current or past, <br /> sources of contamination. One potential source of contamination has been <br /> identified and discussed in Section 8.0. The San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Heath Department will review this report and notify the property owner if that <br /> agency recommends any actions to be taken prior to parcel division. <br /> LOGE 20-28 6 <br />
