8.0 IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES
The following source of past, current, on-site, and off-site contamination has
been identified as a result of this investigation:
Identified Contamination Source Evaluation
1. A well is located near the center of It appears that well could be
the Site. It is not currently returned to service in the future, if
connected to a power source. needed. If it is not planned for use,
(Current on-site) San Joaquin County may require
the well be abandoned or placed in
"non-operation" status under permit.
9.0 RECOMMENDATONS
The Site appears to be clean land, and no further investigation related to
environmental contamination is recommended. San Joaquin County may have
requirements related to the well near the center of the Site.
This report should be seen as a screening tool to identify areas where hazardous
substances may be present on the Site. As part of the land use application
process, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department may
recommend that certain actions be taken in response to conditions identified.
Additionally, any conditions out of compliance with local, State, or Federal
regulations should be brought into compliance; it is outside the scope of work of
the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report to identify these conditions.
10.0 CONCLUSIONS
This SSCR was prepared for the subject Site, 22745 and 23649 East Harney
Lane, Lodi, California, to identify evidence of any on- or off-site, current or past,
sources of contamination. One potential source of contamination has been
identified and discussed in Section 8.0. The San Joaquin County Environmental
Heath Department will review this report and notify the property owner if that
agency recommends any actions to be taken prior to parcel division.
LOGE 20-28 6
