Chemical spill kit and procedure will be in place. <br /> 3. Protective equipment will be supplied. <br /> SAFE PRACTICES <br /> 1. Employees must use caution when using air and electrical tools and follow manufacturers'safety <br /> tips. <br /> 2. Employees must snake sure when using air and electric tools that they are in good safe working <br /> order. <br /> 3. Proper dust respirators should be used in sanding. <br /> 4. Employees must wear proper protective equipment when mixing chemicals. <br /> S. Employees must wear proper fitting respirator and other protective equipment when spraying or <br /> applying hazardous chemicals. <br /> 6. Employees must mix paint in well-ventilated area. <br /> 7. Employees must store waste in designated areas. <br /> 8. Employees must dispose of waste in a proper hazardous container. <br /> 9. All containers will be labeled, <br /> 10. All chemicals will have lids in place when not in use. <br /> 11. All rags will be stored in properly sealed containers. <br /> 12. No Smoking is allowed in mixing area. <br /> 13. Employees will be trained on clean up of hazardous material and will use these proced1wes. <br /> 14. Employees will be trained on Right to Know Law before being hired. <br /> 15. All respiratory eq«ipment will be fit tested and checked on a daily basis, I <br /> 16. Follow all Company safety rules and policies. <br /> 17. Employees must report all unsafe conditions immediately to a Supervisor. 4 <br /> 18. No horseplay is permitted, k <br /> 19. Clean worksite conditions must be maintained at all times. <br /> 20. All Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)required by State or Federal Regulation must be worn. i <br /> 21. All equipment guards required by State and Federal Regulations must be in place. <br /> 22. Report all accidents immediately to a Supervisor. <br /> 23. Use Lockout/TagoutBlockout procedures when required by State or Federal Regulation. <br /> 24. Inspect equipment prior to each use. <br /> 25. Only operate equipment that you have been trained and authorized to use. <br /> 26. All electrical wiring shall be to code and maintained in safe condition. <br /> 27. Use proper lifting techniques. <br /> 28. Only qualified personnel can perform maintenance services. <br /> 29. Follow all Manufacturers safety guidelines, <br /> 30. Do not operate equipment under the influence of altering prescription drugs,illegal drugs and/or <br /> alcohol. <br /> 31.
