SAFETY PROGRAM OBJECTIVES <br /> It is the Company's objective to provide a safe and healthful work environment through the <br /> prevention of occupational injuries and illness. <br /> Our objective for the Safety Program will be to reduce injuries and illness to a minimum,with an ideal <br /> goal of ZERO accidents and injuries. Our Safety Program will include: <br /> 1 <br /> 1. Establish and maintain a safe environment for employees <br /> 2. Conduct safety inspections to locate and correct unsafe working conditions or practices,to control f <br /> health hazards,and to comply fully with the safety and health standards for every job <br /> 3. Training all employees in good safety and health practices <br /> 4. Providing,if necessary,personal protective equipment and instructions for its use and care, <br /> 5. Providing mechanical and physical safeguards to the maximum extent possible <br /> b. Developing and enforcing safety rules, and requiring that our employees observe these rules as a <br /> condition of employment <br /> 7. Investigating promptly and thoroughly every accident to locate the cause and correct the problem <br /> so it won't happen again <br /> 8. Promote and recognize safety consciousness and responsibility <br /> 9. Improve channels of communication <br /> 10. Establishment of procedures for emergency evacuation <br /> t <br /> i II. RESPONSIBILITIES & INVOLVEMENT <br /> We recognize that the responsibility for safety and health is a shared responsibility.
