I did not observe a vector problem during this <br /> inspection. <br /> 14 CCR 17537 Odor Control <br /> No offensive odors were detected at site boundaries. <br /> COMPLIANCE <br /> 17442 Station Modifications <br /> The LEA has been notified of significant changes in the design and <br /> operation of this station. <br /> 17451 Design Responsibility <br /> The station was designed and engineered by a professional consulting <br /> firm and appears to comply with the provisions of this regulation. <br /> 17452 General Design Parameters <br /> As part of the CEQA review required for the permit revision process, <br /> the criteria for compliance with this section (e.g. service area, <br /> tpd, adjacent land use, drainage control, operating hours, public <br /> use) is being reviewed. <br /> 17453 Public Health Design Parameters <br /> The station was designed in a manner which minimizes problems <br /> associated with vector propagation, creation of nuisances, and public <br /> safety. <br /> 17462 Special Occurrences <br /> A log of special occurrences was maintained at the scale house on <br /> site. <br /> 17463 Inspection of Records <br /> All applicable records were made available for review during the <br /> inspection. <br /> e <br /> ' Waste Management Specialist <br />
