6. Record maintenance requirements outlined in CCR 17877 must be kept for at <br /> least three years. A complete set of all records shall be kept at one location <br /> and shall be available to the enforcement agency for inspection. An annual <br /> report of all reporting requirements shall be due to EHD by January 31, of each <br /> calendar year. <br /> Submit this monitoring plan (CCR 17889) as an amendment to the Report of Station <br /> Information within 30 days.
