This is not a new <br /> facility. <br /> Section 17452 - General Design Parameters <br /> I saw no evidence of the station design failing to meet the <br /> requirements of Section 17452. <br /> Section 17453 - Public Health Design Parameters <br /> This facility commenced operations prior to the implementation of <br /> this standard. <br /> Section 17462 - Special Occurrences <br /> A log of special occurrences is maintained in a book kept on site <br /> (scale house) . I reviewed the log. <br /> Section 17463 - Inspection of Records <br /> Records were available for inspection in the on site office <br /> during normal business hours. <br /> Section 17471 Availability <br /> I saw no evidence that site operations were impaired by a lack of <br /> personnel. <br /> Section 17472 - Training <br /> I saw no evidence that site operations were impaired by a lack of <br /> training. <br /> Section 17473 - Supervision <br /> I saw nothing to indicate a lack of Supervision at this time. <br /> IL!=f! <br /> WAste Management Specialist <br />
