Norman Worthen is the transfer station <br /> supervisor. <br /> Section 17474 - Attendant <br /> An attendant was present during my state inspection. <br /> Section 17481 - Identification Signs <br /> Identification signs were present showing the operator ' s name. <br /> Section 17483 - Station Security <br /> No evidence of unauthorized site access was observed. Barriers <br /> to unauthorized access included perimeter fence, water on the <br /> north side and a locked gate at the entrance. <br /> Section 17484 - Roads <br /> Roads were smooth and allowed good access. No dust nor tracking <br /> problems were observed. <br /> Section 17485 - Visual Screening <br /> The site was screened, and was attractive and aesthetically <br /> pleasing in appearance. <br /> Section 17491 - Sanitary facilities <br /> This facility had a toilet and washing facilities on site. <br /> Section 17492 - Water SUP21 <br /> Drinking water for site personnel is available in the on site <br /> office. <br /> Section 17493 - Communication Facilities <br /> Telephones are available on site.
