Every employee ia <br /> animportant part ofthe inspection process. <br /> -Informal Inspections <br /> All employees should be aware of their surroundings and alert to hazardous (or potentially <br /> hozondOuG) conditions. The employee should correct the hazardous condition, if possible, but <br /> not engage inunsafe activities todoso. All hazards must bereported immediately to: <br /> Apartment Community ErnploVees Corporate/B ranch Office Employees <br /> Property Manager wr Director ofProperty Management for the <br /> Lead Maintenance Technician Corporate Office and <br /> Regional Property Manager for the Branch <br /> Office <br /> When an employee is making repairs to an occupied apartment Or renovating a vacant <br /> apartment, the employee should complete a cursory inspection sothat any potential hazards <br /> may be eliminated 8tthat time. <br /> °Monthly and Quarterly Written Inspections — Apartment Communities <br /> Inspection Inspected & Reviewed Corporate <br /> Period: Prepared By: By: Approval By: <br /> Monthly(8/year) LIVIT PM RPM <br /> Quarterly(4 1 year) PM LMT RPM <br /> Inspect and Prepare <br /> The Lead MaintenanceTechnician or Property Manager will complete each applicable page of <br /> the Safety & Hazard Inspection Report representing an area within the Apartment Community. <br /> The individual sections of the report should be completed the day of the inspection. For alarge <br /> Apartment Community, the inspection can be completed over a period of a few days, as follows: <br /> OKD {]PK4 } 0301/19 <br />
