If an abatement <br /> project has been completed to pernOvo the lead-based p@int, the contract for removal and the <br /> Lead-Free Certification will be maintained in the Lead-Paint Inspection binder and in the Lead <br /> Paint Repairs/Renovations & Notifications file at the Corporate (]Mioe. <br /> Notification <br /> Employees working at these Apartment Communities will be provided with the Protect Your <br /> Family from Lead in Your Home pamphlet upon hire. and the following EPA publications will be <br /> maintained in the Rental Office for reference by all employees: <br /> 1. The Lead-Safe Certified Guide toRenovate Right; <br /> 2. Small Entity Compliance Guide toRenovate Right; and. <br /> 3. Steps tOLead Safe Renovation, Repair and Painting. <br /> Training <br /> All new employees at theme properties will be provided with on-the-job training within the first <br /> week of their employment applicable to their job description, and will attend an 8-hour course on <br /> "Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting" conducted by an EPA-accredited training <br /> provider within the first 0 months of employment. <br /> The Regional Property Manager for the Apartment Community, the Compliance Manager' all <br /> Compliance Specialists and the aforementioned Apartment Community employees will also <br /> attend a refresher training every 5 yeara, or within the time period specified by the EPA in the <br /> F{RP Rule. <br /> Copies of the Company's Certification and each employee's certification Of training will be <br /> maintained in the Lead-Paint RHp@ina' Renovations f6 Notifications file at the Corporate <br /> Office/Branch Office with acopy otthe Apartment Community. <br /> PPE <br /> The primary purpose ofPPE is &oprevent the inhalation oflead dust. <br /> ONDOP&4 | 0301/2019 <br />
