Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> Proposed Mountain House Preschool and Multi-Purpose Buildings <br /> 54 West Conejo Court,Mountain House,CA <br /> Page 8 <br /> along the field boundaries. In the 1957 photo there is a canal to the north of the Site, which intersects the <br /> creek immediately north of the Site.No apparent changes are shown on the photos through the 1998 photo. <br /> The 2006 photo shows completed neighborhood development to the north and east of the Site,and ongoing <br /> construction to the west of the Site. The 2009 photo shows the completion of neighborhood development <br /> on the western adjoining property. Grading is shown on southern adjoining property.No apparent changes <br /> are shown in the 2012 photo. The 2016 photo shows neighborhood development on the southern adjoining <br /> property. <br /> City Directories <br /> City directory information for adjoining properties was reviewed and adjoining property addresses are <br /> primarily residential. <br /> 5.0 SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> 5.1 METHODOLOGY AND LIMITING CONDITIONS <br /> Condor performed an ASTM site reconnaissance in 2001.A driving reconnaissance of the surrounding area <br /> and a walking and driving reconnaissance of the Site were also performed December 2,2020,in accordance <br /> with the ASTM practice by Rebecca Selvage, one of Condor's Environmental Professionals. There were <br /> no indications of stressed vegetation or soil staining and no limiting conditions. <br /> 5.2 EXTERIOR OBSERVATIONS <br /> The Site has no structures or roads. Several truckloads of concrete debris were observed on the southeast <br /> portion of the Site from various sources, see Photo 8, Appendix B. Photographs of the Site are contained <br /> in Appendix B. <br /> The following items were not observed at the Site during the Site reconnaissance unless otherwise noted. <br /> 1. Source of potable water: Mountain House Community Services District <br /> 2. Sewage disposal: Mountain House Community Services District <br /> 3. Hazardous substances and petroleum products in connection with identified uses <br /> 4. Storage tanks <br /> 5. Odors <br /> 6. Pools of liquid <br /> 7. Drums <br /> 8. Hazardous substances and petroleum products containers <br /> 9. Unidentified Substance Containers <br /> 10. Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) <br /> 11. Stained soil or pavement <br /> 12. Pits,ponds,or lagoons <br /> 13. Stressed vegetation <br /> 14. Solid waste: Concrete debris southeastern portion of the Site <br /> 15. Waste water <br /> 16. Wells <br /> 17.
