Based on these considerations, the Project would have a less than significant cumulative impact with respect to water and groundwater. 4.8.5 Mitigation Measures No mitigation measures are required. 4.8.6 Level of Significance After Mitigation Threshold A: Would there be sufficient water supplies available to serve the Project and reasonably foreseeable future development during normal, dry, and multiple dry years? The Project would result in less-than-significant impacts with regard to substantially decreasing groundwater supplies or impeding sustainable groundwater management of the basin. No mitigation is required. Threshold B: Would the Project substantially decrease groundwater supplies or interfere substantially with groundwater recharge such that the Project may impede sustainable groundwater management of the basin? The Project would result in less-than-significant impacts with regard to the availability of sufficient water supplies to serve the Project and reasonably foreseeable future development during normal, dry, and multiple dry years.
