Historical site records indicate that the <br /> facility once was used as a dump site. This Site Health and Safety Plan is designed to administer <br /> caution during any excavation operations involving disturbance of surface soil. In the event any <br /> hazardous material is detected,site operations will cease,the site will be sealed and protected, <br /> and EPA officials will be notified to provide guidance for cleanup and abatement efforts.
