necessary cleanup, prepare the manifest and transport the waste <br />to a hazardous waste site for ultimate disposal. The supervisor <br />at the site will sign the manifest as generator and forward <br />required copies to the California Department of Health Services. <br />The storage locker will be clearly marked as a hazardous waste <br />storage area and will remain locked. The locker will be cleared <br />of accumulated prohibited waste discovered under the load <br />checking program when it becomes over 90% full or before any <br />waste contained therein has been stored for 90 days. <br />
