Padilla, RENS 6/11/91 Page 2 <br />Stipulated N&O, 39 -AA -0005 <br />Board staff reviewed the May 28, 1991 Corral Hollow Landfill STIP <br />with regards to criteria specified in 14 CCR Section 18304. Staff <br />have the following comments: <br />18304(b)(1) No Comment <br />18 3 04 (b) (2) No Comment <br />18304(b)(3) Solid Waste Permit #39 -AA -0005 <br />"Corral Hollow Landfill -- <br />The facility name, given on the 3/16/83 <br />Solid waste Facilities Permit (SWFP), is: <br />City of Tracy -San Joaggin County Landfill. <br />The location of the landfill is given as: <br />Corral Hollow Road - 1-580, Tracy, CA. <br />In this section, the current operating <br />practices or conditions which constitute <br />violations, must be stated including the terms <br />and/or conditions of the SWFP 'which are being <br />violated. <br />18304(b)(5) No comment <br />18304(b)(6) A signature of an authorized officer or employee <br />of the LEA is required on a N&O or STIP. This <br />signature generally accompanies the declaration <br />or affidavit discussed below. <br />18304(c) A declaration or affidavit must accompany a N&O. <br />An employee or officer of the LEA must state that <br />the allegations contained in the N&O are based <br />either on personal knowledge or information and <br />belief.
