The proponent proposes
to increase the permitted daily capacity at the Corral Hollow
Sanitary Landfill from 850 to 1,200 cubic yards per day.
Staff offer the following comments regarding the proposed
project:
The project description should contain information regarding what
is being proposed at the landfill. The preparer may refer to
Public Resources Code (PRC) section 21065 which is the definition
of "project". Each subsection begins with "activities". The
project description does not specify any action which requires
approval or discretionary action. It would be helpful if this
description were rewritten to specify the acceptance of
additional quantities of wastes.
