(Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][1]) <br /> f) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Frewert Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7). The existing landscaping satisfies this requirement. <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> g) NOISE: The project shall meet the requirements of Development Title Section 9-1025.9 Noise. <br /> Stationary noise sources shall not exceed an Hourly Equivalent Daytime Sound Level of 50 dB or a <br /> Maximum Daytime Sound Level of 70 dB. The project will not operate at night. <br /> (1) A 14-foot tall noise barrier shall be constructed to the east and south side of the chip and grind <br /> area. <br /> (2) The barrier shall be of solid and durable material without any air gaps and shall break line of site <br /> from the chip and grind area to the nearest residential receptors to the east. Appropriate noise <br /> barrier material shall include concrete panels, concrete block, pre-fabricated acoustical barriers, <br /> or earthen berms. Other materials may be used if reviewed by a qualified noise control engineer <br /> and approved by the Community Development Department. <br /> (3) The grinder shall operate only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. <br /> h) REVIEW:A yearly review shall be conducted by the Community Development Department. <br /> i) SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe).
