Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to restaurant owner who was aware of this complaint. He stated that one of his front counter employees spoke to the <br /> complainant.This customer brought over the left over chow mein and showed employee the nail. The owner also took a look <br /> at the nail. They both stated that it looked like a nail that was trimmed with a nail clipper.
