FLORIDO <br /> Provided Lydia Baker, REHS, with complaint information, as she will be verifying <br /> the final clean-up today. <br /> 03/11/2020 On site to verify clean-up. Verified maintenance shop and conex box are now BAKER <br /> cleaned up. Waste generated from the clean-up: <br /> -Four 55 gallon drums of oily water <br /> -One 55 gallon drum of diesel contaminated water from triple rinsing of diesel tank <br /> -Three 55 gallon drums of debris from the clean-up of the broken lamps <br /> -Three 55 gallon drums of debris from the clean-up of the conex box <br /> -Four cubic yard cardboard containers of fertilizer waste from the conex box. <br /> -One 30 gallon drum of Mizer-alkaline oxides <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets of dried paint <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket of hydraulic fluid <br /> Waste was labeled as hazardous waste. Waste will remain on site until Safety <br /> Kleen comes to profile and pick it up for disposal. No time frame was given for <br /> this yet. Contact information for the Safety Kleen person is: <br /> Patrick Flores <br /> 209-480-1071 <br /> Returned to office. <br /> 03/12/2020 Review of Lydia's narrative and photo log. Printed and organized complaint FLORIDO <br /> documentation. <br /> 03/12/2020 Generated Emergency Response Record form and site map.
