Jeremy stated the waste was disposed of using a uniform hazardous <br /> waste manifest, requested I send him an email, and stated he would email me the <br /> manifest tomorrow morning. I emailed Jeremy (jeremy.sirkin@ponder-env.com) <br /> requesting the final haz waste manifest. <br /> 11/17/2020 Revised narrative, per new complaint abatement procedures. Added property FLORIDO <br /> owner information to complaint details. <br /> 11/18/2020 Printed complaint documentation and organized according to new complaint FLORIDO <br /> abatement procedures. <br /> 11/19/2020 Searched for and printed additional photos of the spill cleanup, received on FLORIDO <br /> 9/15/20 from Nathan Baker of Ponder Environmental. <br /> 01/07/2021 Reviewed and revised narrative. FLORIDO <br /> 01/07/2021 Emailed Jeremy Sirkin of Ponder, and CC'd Scott Graham, Ron Smith, Robert FLORIDO <br /> Gould, Ron Topp (rtopp@alliance.com), and Anna Johnson <br /> (anjohnson@alliance.com), requesting the final hazardous waste manifest for the <br /> waste generated from the spill clean up. <br /> Received the final hazardous waste manifest via email from Jeremy, for the <br /> disposal of 50 gallons of waste diesel fuel and 10 pounds of non-RCRA hazardous <br /> waste solids (rags & PPE with diesel). Complaint to be abated. <br /> 01/11/2021 Received a call from Anna Johnson of Alliance Shippers (909-356-4076 ext FLORIDO <br /> 217474) requesting a trailer number associated with this complaint.
