The sump will be located in a <br /> large planter area in the northeast portion of the property and connected to the existing <br /> septic system. The proposed location of the sump is depicted in Figures 3 and 4. No <br /> additional development is proposed for the property. <br /> 1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 55 Page 15 depicts the site parcel (APN 055- <br /> 150-26) in the north-center of the page. The parcel is bordered on two sides by restaurant <br /> property (055-150-250), to the east by Pennant Drive followed by automotive use property <br /> (055-320-240) and restaurant property (055-320-180). The parcel vicinity map and a <br /> satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> Plans of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) are illustrated in Figures 2 through 4. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property is currently utilized as a Sinclair fueling station, minimart, and truck stop. <br /> The site has been utilized for commercial fueling since approximately 1981. Prior to <br /> commercial development, the property was vacant or used for light agricultural purposes. <br /> The property is situated approximately five miles west of Lodi, California in the northwest <br /> portion of San Joaquin County, California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> Water supply for the property is provided by the San Joaquin County municipal water <br /> system. The site improvements will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The current septic system at the property consists of three 1,500-gallon septic tanks, a <br /> distribution box, a tight line, and two 100-foot long leach lines. A 1,200-square foot filter <br /> bed was installed in 1982, but based on the improvement plans, it doesn't appear to be <br /> part of the current configuration. Two of the septic tanks are located adjacent to each <br /> other, east of the site building, and in the large planter area located along the eastern <br /> boundary of the site. The tanks are connected to a distribution box. From the distribution <br /> box, a tight line extends approximately 145 feet across the property to the third septic <br /> tank located to the north of the truck repair area. From the third septic tank, leach lines <br />
