The area to the west of the site, outside of the circular rail line appears <br />unchanged. Previously undeveloped land southeast of the site is now occupied by <br />Cogeneration National. Cogeneration National's operations extend into the area west <br />of the site within the circular rail line and further north to the bulk materials <br />distribution facility. The series of tank farms south of the site appear unchanged. The <br />surface impoundment west of Navy Drive is still apparent.
