FLORIDO
07/17/2020 Called Nolan Ryan to receive an update on the storm drain clean-up. Nolan stated FLORIDO
that the flushing of the storm drain will begin on Monday morning, 7/20, at 7AM.
Nolan confirmed that there will be no other clean-up of transportation of waste
before Monday morning. MURO
07/20/2020 Received notification from Kim Blackwell (EHD) that Nolan Ryan (Ancon) called
the alternate ER Cell Phone.
8:37 am: I called Nolan Ryan (916-701-3376) back from primary cell phone. He
was notifying EHD that they had begun the flushing of the lines. He was not certain
when they will be done, since they will flush until water runs clear. I asked him to
call ER phone to advise when they were close to finalizing the cleanup so that
EHD can head out there to verify the cleanup.
8:57 am: Bryan Toledo (City of Stockton) also called to update EHD that Ancon
and City of Stockton were both onsite for the flushing of the lines.
12:40 PM Nolan Ryan called to notify that they were ready for us to verify cleanup.
12:47 PM Left EHD and headed out to the site. Met with Bryan Toledo (City of
Stockton) and Nolan Ryan (Ancon Services). Bryan reported that Ancon flushed
the storm drain lines for about 2 hours until the water no longer had sheen or
debris. All rinsate was collected. Nolan Ryan reported that approximately 6000
gallons of waste water had been generated total. Approximately 6000 gallons of
contaminated water was collected and placed in the frack tank.
Akin Fayehun (Storm water division city of Stockton) arrived to assess the
cleanup. Water was drawn up from the east and west corners of the lift station.
The water was poured onto white paper and looked clear. However, because there
was a fire involved, Akin Fayehun requested the water from lift station to have
TPH test. Two samples taken one from east corner and the second from west
corner for TPH 8015 test.
Left site.
2:20 PM Arrived at EHD.
MURO
07/21/2020 GENERATED PHOTO LOG. Emailed details from my site visit yesterday to the 0 MURO
Arch Rd complaint to Lydia Baker (EHD).
5105.rpt
