The staging areas shall be adequate to accommodate at least 12 inbound trucks and 6 outbound trucks. The staging area shall be paved with an all-weather surface and shall be constructed within one year of the date of approval of this application. v. INSPECTIONS: For one year, the applicant shall conduct random daily inspections of trucks to check for the illegal application of diesel fuel to truck beds. 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Contact: [209] 468-3000) a. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a registered civil engineer and include the following: (1) Detail of access road off of Harrold Avenue. (2) Stockpile area for topsoil (no excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of the property boundary or the County right-of-way). (3) Public roads shall be kept free from mud, dirt, and gravel resulting from quarry operations. b. All private roads involved in the excavation shall be maintained to control dust. c. A conveyor system extending under River Road shall be installed and used to move material from the project site to the existing Munn & Perkins plant on River Road. d. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) e. Dedication to result in a 25 -foot -wide right-of-way from the centerline of Harrold Road to the property line shall be required across the frontage of APN 247-230-09.
