WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> GOLDEN GATE FRESH FOODS,INC. I <br /> dba VICTOR FINE FOODS <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING WELLS <br /> Existing and future ground water monitoring wells will be included in the <br /> ground water monitoring program. Ground water elevation measurements must <br /> record the status of the pumping wells. <br /> The following shall constitute the ground water monitoring program: <br /> Type of Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Sample Frequency <br /> Ground Water Elevation feet (MSL) Grab Monthly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Chlorides mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Sulfate mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Nitrates mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Sodium mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> The Discharger shall determine at each sampling whether there is a <br /> statistically significant increase over water quality protection standards for <br /> each parameter and constituent analyzed. <br /> The ground water surface elevation in all monitoring wells shall be measured <br /> on a monthly basis and used to determine the velocity and direction(s) of <br /> ground water flow. This information shall be reported quarterly on a water <br /> table contour map and/or ground water flow net for the site. <br /> DEEP INJECTION WELL MONITORING <br /> The Discharger shall forward a copy of the monitoring reports required by <br /> EPA's Class V Underground Injection Control Permit No. CAS900000002. <br /> EXTRACTED GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> Samples shall be collected at a point prior to commingling with the <br /> pretreatment plant effluent. <br /> The following shall constitute the extracted ground water monitoring program: <br /> Type of Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Sample Frequency <br /> Flow mgd Continuous Daily <br /> Electrical Conductivity umhos/cm Grab Weekly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Grab Annually <br />
