WATER QUALITY PROTECTION STANDARDS Standards for Ground Water Water quality protection standards for the ground water beneath the site will be establish upon successful cleanup of the polluted aquifer. Corrective action is currently ongoing at the facility and will continue until the ground water is cleaned up to the satisfaction of the Board. Standards for Vadose Zone Soil-Pore Liquid After four quarters of sampling data have been obtained for the background lysimeter, background values for vadose zone indicator parameters will be calculated. Upon acceptance and/or revision by the Board, the background values will be used as Water Quality Protection Standards. REPORTING In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the constituents, the concentrations, and the units are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner so as to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements or lack thereof. Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of the month following the month in which the samples were taken or observations made. Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of the month following the last month of the quarter in which the samples were taken or the observations made.
