Corrective <br /> action is currently ongoing at the facility and will continue until the ground <br /> water is cleaned up to the satisfaction of the Board. <br /> Standards for Vadose Zone Soil-Pore Liquid <br /> After four quarters of sampling data have been obtained for the background <br /> lysimeter, background values for vadose zone indicator parameters will be <br /> calculated. Upon acceptance and/or revision by the Board, the background <br /> values will be used as Water Quality Protection Standards. <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in <br /> tabular form so that the date, the constituents, the concentrations, and the <br /> units are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner <br /> so as to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements <br /> or lack thereof. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of <br /> the month following the month in which the samples were taken or observations <br /> made. Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the <br /> 15th day of the month following the last month of the quarter in which the <br /> samples were taken or the observations made. <br />
