WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> GOLDEN GATE FRESH FOODS,INC. <br /> dba VICTOR FINE FOODS <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the <br /> locations specified herein shall be reported to the Board. <br /> A report shall be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year containing <br /> both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during <br /> the previous year. The report shall include a discussion of compliance with <br /> the waste discharge requirements. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the effective <br /> date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by <br /> WILLIAM H.
