WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS -4- <br /> GOLDEN GATE FRESH FOODS, INC. <br /> dba VICTOR FINE FOODS <br /> INTERIM GROUND WATER CLEANUP <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 17. The Board has notified the Discharger and interested persons of its intent <br /> to prescribe waste discharge requirements for this discharge and has <br /> provided them with an opportunity for a public hearing and an opportunity <br /> to submit their written views and recommendations. <br /> 18. The Board, in a public meeting, heard and considered all comments <br /> pertaining to this discharge. <br /> 19. This order shall serve as an NPDES permit pursuant to Section 402 of the <br /> Clean Water Act, or amendments thereto, and shall take effect 10 days from <br /> the date of hearing, provided EPA has no objections. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Golden Gate Fresh Foods, Victor Fine Foods, in order <br /> to meet the provisions contained in Division 7 of the California Water Code and <br /> regulations and guidelines adopted thereunder, and the provisions of the Clean <br /> Water Act and regulations and guidelines adopted thereunder, shall comply with <br /> the following: <br /> A. Discharge Prohibitions <br /> 1 . Bypass or overflow of untreated or partially treated wastes. <br /> 2. Discharge to the Mokelumne River when flows past discharge Point 001, <br /> as determined by USGS Stations 11325500 & 11325000, are less than 25 <br /> cfs. <br /> 3. Discharge to surface waters after 1 July 1990. <br /> 4. Discharge to surface waters when the DO is less than 7.0 mg/l and/or <br /> when the TDS is greater than 60 mg/l . <br /> B. Effluent Limitations <br /> 1. The discharge of an effluent in excess of the following limits is <br /> prohibited: <br /> 30-Day 7-Day Daily <br /> Constituents Units Average Average Maximum <br /> Flow mgd 0.36 0.36 <br /> Total Dissolved mg/l -- 1200 <br /> Solids <br />
