3. Flare shutdown time for connecting laterals to the LFG header will be <br /> limited to 10 hours only (One working day). The Contractor shall notify <br /> the Engineer minimum of two working days in advance to shutdown <br /> the flare. <br /> 4. Foreign materials shall be prevented from entering the header during <br /> header connection. <br /> 5. The contractor shall be responsible for all damages to the existing <br /> header, high pressure air and the condensate line. <br /> PART 4 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> 4.01 GENERAL <br /> Payment for quantities in excess of those identified in the Cost Sheet will <br /> not be paid unless authorized in advance by the Engineer. <br /> 4.02 MOBILIZATION/DEMOBILIZATION <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Payment for mobilization/demobilization will be based on the lump sum <br /> price quoted in the bid proposal. Payment shall be full compensation for <br /> labor, materials, tools, equipment, and overhead. <br /> 4.03 DUAL LFG EXTRACTION WELL <br /> A. Measurement <br /> Measurement for all dual LFG extraction wells shall be by the linear foot. <br /> Contractor shall measure the depth of each well from the top of the well <br /> boring to the bottom with a weighted measuring tape in the presence of the <br /> Engineer. <br /> B. Payment <br /> Payment for the dual LFG extraction wells shall be per unit price per liner <br /> foot quoted in the cost sheet.
