Em <br />MITIGATION MEASURE <br />Planning Division: <br />a. A wetland restoration plan, <br />including a description of <br />existing conditions, a grading <br />plan, a planting plan, <br />maintenance plan, and a <br />monitoring plan shall be prepared <br />and submitted to the planning <br />Division for approval prior to <br />final landfill design. The plans <br />shall result in no net loss of <br />wetland values or acreage and <br />shall be acceptable to the State <br />Department Of Fish and Game. <br />b. A survey of the vernal pools <br />shall be conducted by qualified <br />personnel in the spring (April or <br />June) to determine if special <br />status plant species are present. <br />Results shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for review.
