MITIGATION MEASU F <br />c. A replacement willow grove <br />shall be planted along the <br />rerouted course of South Paddy <br />Creek. Planting details shall be <br />included in the wetland <br />restoration plan. <br />d. Perimeter drainage ditches <br />with wide, shallow profiles and <br />a gentle gradient shall be <br />constructed and planted with <br />grasses. Such ditches shall be <br />indicated on the improvement <br />plans. <br />e. Silt fences shall be <br />installed at all points where <br />storm -water drainage leaves the <br />project site. Silt fence <br />locations and construction <br />details shall be shown on the <br />improvement plans. <br />f. Temporary storm drainage <br />sumps shall be constructed within <br />active landfill modules to <br />control sediment. Construction <br />details shall be shown on the <br />improvement plans. <br />g. Completed landfill modules <br />shall be revegetated upon <br />placement of final cover and not <br />later than October 15 of each <br />year. <br />h.
