Construction Monitoring <br />Construction activities shall be monitored in the landfill and mitigation area to ensure - <br />that protected wetlands are avoided, sediment barriers are effective, and is designed top disruption <br />of <br />wetlands is minimized. The construction monitoring program _ <br />wetlands and other habitats against disturbance and to monitor construction activities - <br />associated with implementation of the mitigation plan. <br />Monitoring of Landfill Construction <br />The biological monitor shall monitor landfill construction <br />orusen five biological resources <br />necessary to prevent adverse impacts on wetlands and other <br />identified in the mitigation plan.
