<br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe scoop is placed on top of the ice maker. Clean and sanitize scoop and store it in clean bin
<br />when not in use to avoid potential contamination.
<br />I observe an employee, preparing a sandwich using a knife. Employee placed the knife on a top shelf that is not sanitized.
<br />Stop this practice immediately. Wash and sanitize utensils and use clean ones during food prep procedures today.

<br />thermometer. Provide accurate thermometer in 1 week.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be
<br />available to the food handler. A thermometer +/- 2 #F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods
