Soil Suitability /Nitrate Loading Study Irerracon <br />Ehlers Property ■ Lodi, California <br />May 13, 2021 + Terracon Project No. NA217019 <br />Based on a review of the historical information, the site appeared to consist of undeveloped and/or <br />agricultural land with up to four structures from the 1930s through mid-1970s and was developed <br />with the existing grain facility by the early 1990s. Building records indicate the grain facility <br />1.3 Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br />1.3.1 Existing On -Site Septic Tank Usage <br />Based on information provided by the client, the existing grain facility warehouse is developed <br />with one septic system that services up to five employees year round. <br />1.3.2 Site Specific Permit History <br />Terracon searched the EHD Public Records website and the following EHD permits associated <br />with the site address were identified. <br />Table 2. <br />Summary of Site -Specific Permits. <br />Septic and well permits are included in Appendix C. <br />1.3.3 Discussion of On -Site Septic Tank Installation and Repair <br />Based on a review of the permits, the site is developed with a 1,200 -gallon septic tank with one <br />100 foot long leach line. There were no septic repair permits identified. <br />1.3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br />In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the site, our office reviewed <br />a recent aerial photograph of the property available from GoogleEarthTM. The vicinity of the site <br />consists of agricultural land and rural residences. The assumption was made that each <br />building/cluster of buildings has one septic system.
