The <br />following table is a summary of septic permits available for the adjacent and nearby properties: <br />Table 3. <br />Summary of Adjoining Property Septic Permits. <br />NF — No septic permits found, LL — leach lines <br />Based on a review of the permits, the septic systems in the area appear to utilize 100 -foot long <br />leach lines. <br />1.3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity <br />Septic repairs in the vicinity appear to be for the addition of leach lines. Copies of selected septic <br />permits can be found in Appendix C of this report. <br />1.3.7 Expected On -Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage <br />According to the client provided information, the grain facility warehouse will employ up to five <br />employees year round up to 10 hours per day. The proposed hemp facility will employ up to 5 <br />employees, year round from 7 am to 7 pm with an average of up to three visitors per day. Effluent <br />was based on the EHD recommended daily use rate of 15 -gallons per day (gpd) for an industrial <br />building with no food cafeteria and 5 -gallons per visitors (OWTS Standards, page 21). Below is a <br />table of the overall septic system usage calculated for the facility. Hours of operation vary between <br />10 and 12 hours per day depending on operation.
