C <br />B. Payment shall be per unit price per linear foot as quoted in the bid proposal. <br />Payment shall include drilling the well boring, and installing the well with EHD <br />inspection as shown on the contract figures and as specified herein. <br />A. Abandoned borings include drilling and filling abandoned borings. <br />B. Measurement of depth will be by weighted tape or other method acceptable to <br />the Engineer. <br />C. Payment for abandoned borings shall be by the unit price per linear foot quoted <br />in the bid. The unit price quoted shall include full compensation for final grade <br />restoration. <br />5.05 WELL SURFACE COMPLETION <br />A. Measurement shall be per the number installed. <br />B. Payment for each surface completions shall be per lump sum cost quoted in the <br />bid proposal. The lump sum cost shall include full compensation for furnishing all <br />labor, materials, tools and equipment for: <br />1. Purchasing or fabricating the well enclosure <br />2. Painting the well enclosure <br />3. Installing the well enclosure with the concrete well shirt <br />4. Inscribing the date and well No. on the concrete well skirt <br />5. Labeling the well enclosure <br />6. Installing well plugs and filling sand inside the well enclosure <br />7. Placing A.B. around the well skirt. <br />5.06 WELL DEVELOPMENT <br />Well development includes doing all the work specified here -in, including <br />providing the well development report to the Engineer.
